About ADP

Built in Rochester. Built to show up.

ADP exists because property maintenance was being done badly. We're the version that wasn't — built around consistency, communication, and crews you can count on.

Our story

From one mower and a trailer to three divisions.

ADP started the way most property maintenance companies do — with one mower, one trailer, and the conviction that the work could be done better than what people were settling for. What we noticed early on wasn't a lack of competition. It was a lack of consistency: no-shows, missed weeks, communication that disappeared after the contract was signed.

So we built ADP around fixing the parts of the industry that frustrated us as customers. Structured route days. A central office that actually answers. Crews trained to leave a property the way they'd want their own to look. Systems — not guesswork — running the schedule.

Today we operate three divisions covering residential, commercial, and solar across Rochester and the Northeast. We're growing, but the standard hasn't moved: we want every property we touch to look like we cared, because we did.

"Most property owners don't switch landscapers because of price. They switch because they're tired of chasing their contractor."
— The ADP Standard
What we stand for

Four things that never change.

These aren't slogans. They're the operating principles every crew, every truck, and every visit is judged against — by us and by our clients.

01 / Operating Principle

Consistency over excuses

Structured route days mean clients know exactly what to expect — week after week, season after season. Weather happens, but communication shouldn't disappear when it does.

02 / Operating Principle

Communication, centralized

Clients reach the office, not a crew member in the field. Requests are documented, tracked, and resolved through one consistent channel — so nothing falls through the cracks.

03 / Operating Principle

The work is the proof

Uniformed crews, clean trucks, sharp edges, even cuts, no missed corners. Every visit reflects the standard. If it doesn't, we fix it before we leave.

04 / Operating Principle

One partner, full scope

Maintenance, enhancements, drainage, hardscapes, vegetation management — one accountable team. No coordinating five contractors. No finger-pointing when something goes wrong.

The team

The people who make it happen.

ADP is the crews, the office, and the leadership behind every property we maintain. Here's who's on the truck, in the office, and running the routes.
