From quote request to ongoing service, ADP keeps everything organized, documented, and easy to follow — so you always know what's happening and what's next.
Most property maintenance frustrations don't come from bad work — they come from bad communication. Skipped weeks without notice. Quotes that change after the work starts. Crews that disappear after the first visit.
We built ADP's process to fix exactly that. Every step below is designed so you know what to expect, when to expect it, and who to contact if something changes. From the first phone call to ongoing weekly service, you're never wondering what's happening with your property.
Start by submitting our request form online or calling our office directly. We'll respond within one business day to confirm receipt and gather any additional details we need to scope your property.
Depending on your property and the scope of work, we'll either schedule a site visit or prepare a remote estimate from satellite imagery, photos, and the details you provided. Smaller maintenance jobs typically don't need an in-person visit; larger projects always do.
You'll receive a written proposal with the full scope of work, pricing, frequency, and start date. Everything is laid out clearly so you know exactly what you're agreeing to. We're happy to walk through it together if you have questions.
Once approved, we add you to a route, set up your account in our customer portal, and confirm your first service date. You'll have access to view upcoming visits, invoices, and service history any time.
Once you're on a route, the system runs itself. You'll receive itemized invoices after each visit and automatic receipts when paid. If something needs to change, one call or message to the office handles it.
Every customer account is backed by Jobber — the same platform that runs our scheduling, invoicing, and service tracking behind the scenes. That means consistent notifications, documented requests, and zero things falling through the cracks.
Here are the questions we hear most often about the process. Don't see yours? Call our office and we'll walk you through it.
